1.THE BEAUTY OF PRUNING****
His best roses the gardener prunes,By discipline the successful saints were humbledSweet flowers may be gatheredFrom the garden planted with salutary rue and wormwood,From the tops of alpsbeauties can be seenBut there are beauties to be seen,from the valley of Gethsemane!Being great in sufferings,leads to being great in divinity!
2.OVER COMING TIMIDITY:****
I had to run and hide but it was of no use"But I'm a slow dancer"and so what, who cares?Then tell them to come back and watchThank goodness! I have changed my dancing mood,still a slow dancer thoughbut with a renewed mentality
3.SCARED BUT SECURED:***
See her coming-the blond therapist dancer, I was scared at first but no more now.. The sight of her nightly horizon-And the beauty of her Northern STARThe Gaze-oh the gaze,I now know--My reason for living,Was for the blowing of my windy
4.DEAF & DUMB:*****
Before I was bornthe corners of the mouth was upward..When I was bornthe corners of the mouth was inwardEpisodic memories-positive or negativeNow think for a moment, who am I?(Memories are forever)
5.The HEROE, S DANCE:****
A walk through the North-and through the SouthDancing a heroes danceClimbing a ladder of success,what a wrong way to start-life--a temporary assignment.
6.CHANGING WITH TIME:****
I knew there would be changesBut how it would be, I did not know,I knew I would change with time,But how I would change, I never could tell,Oh-the inner turmoil-Of being separated from the status-quo,Of knowing I was getting older when I thought I was young,well I was changing so fast with time without realizing it.
7.DO SOMETHING****
If not heard, good music is nothingIf not used, great ideas are wastedhaving the wish to do is not enough..Most problems are solvedwhen something is done about something.
8.PURSUIT OF PPLEASURE****
Pursuit of meaning-not pursuit of pleasureResponding to the task of life-not pursuit of of happiness,to expect life to be primarily pleasurableis to attract frustration
9.JOY WITHIN****
Pure gold is refined whengreatness and humanness is combined,the strong are not always vigorous,the joyous are not always happy,the brave and mighty are not always courageous!One may be weak yet strong--ill yet triumphant
10.RELIEF IN DEPRESSION*****

Who built those old rutted roads?Why did wagons have that particular odd wheel spacing?Is it true- that no gain without pain?Knock off his feet a time or two-He who fear pain before that pain occures,he never know true successHe who manages to get going-though knocked down again and again,knowing that pain is painful and it hurts,and that to fight is a good-a proof that we are still livingHe is the head that wears the crown
14. PREPARATION FOR SERVICE****
The Granite! The obstacles!The stepping-stone in the pathway of the strongfrom the ill to the ill,a preparation for service,when we get to the moon, we shall feel at homebut for now, the struggle continues
15THERE IS HOPE****
Green pastures are before me,yes! But that was only the beginning,the end I have not seenmy hope I cannot measure--my path to life is free,in what appears upon the surface!
16.PLACE OF COMFORT*****
I wasn't exaggerationwhen I said the struggle was intenseIn the joy of what who we areI am finding out the greatnessOf a loving heart-learning to be comfortable,I am finding my resting place-with my big dream

To try to make people give us,what we think is our due-we prolong our miseriesBut for a period of time it may seem,as if someone is taking advantage of us,To retire from self care-casting our cares upon the Lordnone will take advantage of us

Mixed multitude! With religious world lings,dull without spiritual enthusiasms,worldling, struggling, and rumbling-reacting to the fleshly facts-the dangerous state of the mind,struggling to be patient-affecting our attitudes!But Grace oh Grace-a sigh of relief
